Cancelation policy
Any cancellation of your registration must be notified in written form and will be subjected to the following conditions:
Refund of the fees: a 30% administrative charge will be applied to cancellations before October 7, 2024. After October 15, 2024 no refund will be given. Name changes requested before October 7, 2024, 10 EUR will be charged, to be transferred to Latvijas Inovativas medicinas fonds. After October 7, 2024 no name changes will be accepted.
